We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your magical items.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To preserve the magic for future collectors, your item must meet these criteria:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Items must be in resalable condition
🔄 The Magical Return Process

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack your item in its original packaging with all included materials.

🚫 Non-Returnable Magical Items
To preserve the enchantment and authenticity of certain collectibles, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Disney Designer Collection items (due to their limited edition nature)
- Opened collectibles from our Collections category
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Baby Costumes and Costumes that have been removed from original packaging
💫 Return Shipping Information
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
